Eligibility criteria
Education: Any graduate.
Experience: Freshers are preferred; candidates with relevant experience in inbound calls may also be considered.
Communication: Excellent spoken English, with good grammar, sentence construction and pronunciation.
Customer service: Ability to handle customer enquiries efficiently and professionally.
Joining: Immediate joiners are preferred; the listing states immediate joiners only.
Work schedule: Must be comfortable working in complete night shifts.
Language: English.
